Homes Sold

• 3 homes have officially sold through Homepoint.

• 1 home that our seller elected to sell or lease has leased!

• Several more listings are in the works and preparing to come onto the market.

Buyer Activity

• Multiple buyers are currently using Homepoint to navigate their home search and purchase.

• We have completed over 20 buyer showings through our pay per showing model.

Looking Ahead

• Tennessee is coming soon! We are in the final steps to begin operation in a brand new state. We’ll send out another update once this is complete!

• More features are coming soon to continue streamlining and making the process more transparent, for both buyers and sellers.
