Homepoint is now in Georgia

We are thrilled to announce that Homepoint has officially expanded to Georgia. Homebuyers and sellers across the state now have access to our flat $5,000 fee model—the same transparent, savings-first approach we have built in Alabama and Tennessee.

Georgia is a particularly strong fit for our model. The state allows commission rebates to go directly to buyers, which means when you purchase a home with Homepoint, the savings go straight back to you. Whether you are in Atlanta, Savannah, or anywhere in between, we are ready to help you keep more of your money when you buy or sell a home.

Visual AI Search Launching in January

We are excited to announce that visual AI search is coming to Homepoint in January 2026. This feature will allow you to search for homes based on what you see—specific finishes, layouts, or design styles—rather than relying on keyword filters alone.

We believe this is another step toward making the home search experience more intuitive and personal.
